Payment
Payment of an invoice is required within 14 days of receipt.
Music books
We will give advice on which music books you should purchase. Alternatively, we may purchase books on your child’s behalf and add the purchase to the next invoice.
Music Examinations
Students will be entered for recognized music examinations by myself. These attract a fee according to the examining board and level. I will advise you of this as required.
Absence
If a lesson clashes with another commitment and you wish to postpone, I will endeavor to make up the lesson in the following half term week, however this cannot always be guaranteed. However, if notice is given in the week before a new half term then this lesson will be removed at no charge from the invoice.
Continuation, Termination & Notice period
If you wish to terminate tuition, written notice should be given on or before the first day of the previous half term to myself, otherwise fees for the following half term will be charged or if already paid, will not be refunded.
For example, if you wish to terminate tuition at the end of the summer term, notice must be given on or before the first day of the second half of the summer term, otherwise fees for the first half of the autumn term would be due.
We offer lessons during school term times, lessons can be arranged during holidays where available
